DescriptionThe PF SHOULD let the user purchase digital content at different levels of granularity (e.g. a music track or entire an album).

The licensed content buying process should take into account different and flexible access and billing approaches: e.g. for a fixed fee, purchase of an audio/visual content element afterwards accessible at any time; for a monthly fee, unlimited access and/or download, for a fee, access a movie on one or all her devices for a limited time. For a fee, access and controlled sharing audio/visual content on a number of devices (e.g. within a group); It shall be possible to specify constraints on usage such as time/date based, count based. Digital content media files and licenses should be distributed and stored separately; making it easier to manage the system (it SHOULD be possible to separate rights object and digital content physically, but not logically).
