DescriptionContent and Service providers MUST use metadata that can be linked to multimedia content and so organize such content trough distributed database managed by SPICE platform, and make the content or services reachable for users.
RationaleA distributed multimedia content in which the content is not stored in its various representations formats, but only the content-accompanying information provided by the service provider, must exist. An interface of such database to content and service providers must be defined to support database update and content transference.
